dibawah bimbingan Bapak Dr. La Ode Hasiara, Drs., S.E., M.M., M.Pd., Akt.,
CA., sebagai pembimbing pertama dan Bapak Drs. Noor Fachman Tjetje, M.TM.,
sebagai pembimbing kedua.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna akuntansi sosial, makna
sustainability entitas, dan makna economic performance melalui implementasi
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Alat analisis yang digunakan pada
peneletian ini adalah peneliti itu sendiri Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kualitatif dengan paradigma interpretif. Objek penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT
Pertamina (Persero) RU V Balikapapan. Data penelitian ini didapat dari studi
pustaka, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, PT
Pertamina (Persero) RU V Balikpapan adalah salah satu perusahaan Badan Usaha
Milik Negara (BUMN) yang telah berhasil melakukan implementasi Corporate
Social Responsibilty (CSR) dengan baik dan sesuai dengan peraturan yang ada.
Sehingga PT Pertamina telah mendapatkan kepercayaan baik dari pihak
masyarakat maupun shareholder. Dengan demikian, PT Pertamina (Persero) RU V
Balikpapan dinilai telah dapat melakukan kegiatan operasional perusahaan dengan
baik.

entitiy dimensions economic performance at PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit
V Balikpapan” under the guidance of Mr. Dr. La Ode Hasiara, Drs., S.E., M.M.,
M.Pd., Akt., CA., as the first mentor and Mr. Drs. Noor Fachman Tjetje, M.TM.,
As the second mentor.
This study aims to determine the meaning of sustainability entity, and the meaning
of economic performance through the implementation of corporate social
responsibility. Analyzer in this study is the researcher herself. This research uses
the qualitative method with an interpretive paradigm. The object of this research
was conducted on PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V Balikapapan. The data
of this research is obtained from literature studies, interviews, and observations.
The result of the research shows that PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V
Balikpapan is one of the state-owned enterprise companies that has successfully
implemented Corporate Social Responsibility properly in accordance with the
existing regulations. So that, PT Pertamina (Persero) Refinery Unit V has gained
the trust both from the community and shareholders. Thus, PT Pertamina
(Persero) Refinery Unit V is considered to have been able to perform the
company’s operational activities well.
