ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA KOPERASI PEGAWAI NEGERI (KPN) BALAIKOTA SAMARINDA PERIODE 2013 - 2017 --

ABSTRAK
Dispicha, Ria. 2018. Analisis kinerja keuangan pada Koperasi
Pegawai negeri (KPN) balaikota Samarinda periode 2013 - 2017. Dibawah
bimbingan Ibu Nyoria Anggraeni Mersa, S.E., M.Si sebagai pembimbing pertama
dan Bapak Zulfikar, S.E., M.S.A (HumBis) sebagai pembimbing kedua. Tujuan
penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Pegawai
Negeri (KPN) Balaikota Samarinda Periode 2013 – 2017 berdasarkan Peraturan
Menteri Negara Koperasi dan UKM No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi Pegawai Negeri
(KPN) Balaikota Samarinda memperoleh skor rerata sebesar 54,00 dan berada
dalam kondisi kurang sehat, dengan rincian yaitu: aspek permodalan secara
rerata mendapat skor 13,50; aspek kualitas aktiva produktif secara rerata
mendapat skor 16,25; aspek efisiensi secara rerata mendapat skor 6,80; aspek
likuiditas secara rerata mendapat skor 5,50; aspek kemandirian dan
pertumbuhan secara rerata mendapat skor 6,70; aspek jatidiri koperasi secara
rerata mendapat skor 5,25.

Mersa, S.E.,mentors as the first guidance and Zulfikar, S.E., M.S.A (HumBis) as
the second guidance. The purpose of this study is to assess the Financial
Performanceof Cooperative Employees Development Koperasi Pegawai Negeri
(KPN) Balaikota Samarinda year 2013 – 2017 based on The Regulation of
State Minister of Cooperative and Small and Medium Enterprises
No.14/Per/M.KUKM/XII/2009. Research results show that: Financial
Performance of Cooperative Employees of Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN)
Balaikota Samarinda obtain an average score of 54,00 and is in an unhealthy
condition, with the following details: the average capital aspect got a score of
13,50; aspect of productive asset quality in a mean score of 16,25; the average
efficiency aspect got a score of 6,80; the average liquidity aspect got a score
of 5,50; the average independence and growth aspect got a score of 6,70; the
average the identity of the cooperative aspect got a score of 5,25.
