ANALISIS PERHITUNGAN GAJI DAN UPAH LEMBUR TERHADAP KARYAWAN PADA PT ADE GASINDO KALTIM --

ABSTRAK
Nur Ajizah, 2018. Adalah seorang mahasiswi di Politeknik Negeri
Samarinda jurusan Akuntansi. Menyusun tugas akhir yang berjudul “Analisis
Perhitungan Gaji dan Upah Lembur Terhadap Karyawan pada PT Ade Gasindo
Kaltim”, di bawah bimbingan Ibu E. Retno Maninggar Jati, S.E., M. Bus., sebagai
pembimbing pertama dan Bapak Yulius Gessong Sampeallo, S.E., M.M., sebagai
pembimbing kedua.
Tujuannya adalah untuk menilai apakah perhitungan gaji dan upah lembur
terhadap karyawan di PT Ade Gasindo Kaltim telah sesuai dengan Keputusan
Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004. Alat
pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka,
dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah
Keputusan Gubernur Provinsi Kalimantan Timur No. 561/K.785/2017. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perhitungan Gaji dan Upah Lembur Terhadap
Karyawan Pada PT Ade Gasindo Kaltim telah sesuai dengan Keputusan Menteri
Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004.

Overtime Employees in PT Ade Gasindo Kaltim”, under the guidance of Mrs. E.
Retno Maninggar Jati, S.E., M.Bus., as the first advisor and Mr. Yulius Gessong
Sampeallo, S.E., M.M., as the second advisor.
The purpose is to assess whether the calculation of salaries and wages
overtime of employees in PT Ade Gasindo Kaltim is in accordance with the
Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Decree No. Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004.
Analysis used in this writing is Decision of East Kalimantan Province Governor
No. 561/K.785/2017. A date in use an interview, observation, the study pustaka,
and the documentation. The results indicates that the calculation of salary and
overtime wages for employees at PT Ade Gasindo Kaltim is not yet accordance
with the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration Decree No. Kep.
102/MEN/VI/2004.
