ANALISIS KINERJA KEUANGAN PADA KOPERASI KARYAWAN ASTRA PT. UNITED TRACTORS, TBK SAMARINDA TAHUN 2015 - 2016 --

ABSTRAK
Cahyanie Ayu Khanza Putri Abdi.2018. Analisis Kinerja Keuangan Koperasi pada Koperasi Karyawan Astra. Dibawah bimbingan Bapak Chottam, SE., M.Si, sebagai pembimbing pertama dan Ibu Rahmawati Fitriana, S.Pd., M.Pd. BI sebagai pembimbing kedua.
Tujuannya adalah menilai sehat atau tidak sehatnya kondisi keuangan koperasi dan mengetahui bagian yang harus dijaga dan ditingkatkan lagi kondisinya. Dalam pengumpulan data, penulis melakukan beberapa wawancara, observasi, dan mempelajari sumber buku. Alat analisis yang menggunakan undang-undang Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil Dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 04/Per/M.Kukm/VII/2012, peraturan-peraturan yang terkait, dan metode analisis kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kinerja keuangan Koperasi Karyawan Astra tahun 2015-2016 cukup sehat.

Analysis of finance performance in order to rate the healthinessof financial report.Under the guidance of Chottam, S.E.,M.Si, as a first adviser and Rahmawati Fitriana, S.Pd., M.Pd. BI as a second adviser. In order to know the increasement and declinement of financial performance also knowing healthy or not the financial by standard and legislation in force. Cooperative financial performance is achievment of cooperative activities. The purpose is to rate the healthy and unhealthy financial cooperative condition and knowing the part that should be maintained and improved. In the collection of data, the authors do a few interviews, observation, documentation and study of the source book (literature). Analysis tool that use Regulation of the State Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises regulations number 04/Per/M.KUKM/VII/2012, and other relevant methods of analysis of the case. The results of this research obtainded the results of financial activity performance from Astra Employee Cooperative 2015-2016 is healthy enough.
