    This study aimed to examine the impact of corporate image in satisfaction, service quality in satisfaction, corporate image in trust, service quality in trust and satisfaction in trust. Sample were taken in this study 120 respondents which tested on 30 respondent as a valid test to identity whether or not instrument valid and reliable. The study found that corporate image has significant impact on satisfaction, service quality has significant impact on satisfaction, corporate image has not significant impact on trust, service quality has significant impact on trust, and satisfaction has significant impact on trust.
