    This study aimed to determined the effect of the service quality and corporate brand image, the customer loyalty through customer satisfaction debtor PT IMB Niaga Auto Finance branch Samarinda. The Sample consisted of 153 respondents by random sampling. Data were analyzed usising SPSS and SEM, The result showed that service quality and corporate brand image significant effect on customer satisfaction, but there is one among miscellany bell insignificant corporate brand image on customer loyalty.
