    This research was conducted to examine and analyse the influence of customer orientation of service (COSE) and location on customer loyalty through customer satisfaction PT Tractor Nusantara at branch samarinda. The sample 126 were taken all the customer PT Tractor Nusantara, and analysed using SPSS and AMOS. The finding of this study ara customer orientation of service employee (X1), significantly impact on customer satisfaction (Y1), location (X2) significantly impact on customer satisfaction (Y1), customer orientation of service location (X2) has significantly impact on customer loyalty (Y2), and the last customer satisfaction (Y1) significantly impact on customer loyalty (Y20.
