From result of study which [is] indicate that the expense of capital

alone have mean during period 2002 up to 2003 equal to 54,2% Hence

expected to PT. PLN ( Persero) Samarinda company better lessen usage

of capital alone and add usage of loan to other party ( Bank) so that can

depress the expense of capital alone which too big in the year 2003.
