The objective of the writing is to know until how the Rate of Return

Investment at Arwana Rental Computer Samarinda in 2004, and the -problem

formulated in this writing is, "Is investment policy of computer at Arwana

Computer Samarinda will be more profitable by giving attention the required

period of time ?"

While the hypothesis that the writer presented is, "It is predicted that the

Computer Investment at Arwana Rental Computer Samarinda is more profitable".

The analysis and testing were done by calculating the all earnings and then

lessened by the operational costs hence will get net profit. From the Calculation,

The writer will conduct some calculation that is Payback Period, Net Present

Value, and Profitability Index.

From the result of analysis and testing hypothesis can be concluded that

the rate of return investment owned by Arwana Computer experienced the very

good increasing from 2001 to 2004.

This, the hypothesis that states the rate of return investment from the year

to year until to year 2004 increases is accepteble.
