IMPLEMENTASI DIBERLAKUKANNYA UNDANG-UNDANG NO.36 TAHUN 2008 TERHADAP PERHITUNGAN PAJAK PENGHASILAN PASAL 21 BAGI PEGAWAI RUMAH SAKIT ISLAM SAMARINDA --

The purpose of the final project is to know the implementation of the regulation no 36 year 2008 on the estimation of the income tax of the employee in January-Mei 2009 at the Moeslem Hospital Samarinda.
In collecting the data, the writer did the observation, the field study and the library research. The analysis insrtument taht used to analys, the adat is the regulation no 36 year 2008.
The conclusion of the final project fhowed that the pypotesis of the implementation of the regulation no 36 year 2008 will affect in the estimation of the income tax section 21 of the employees of The Moeslem Hospital Samarinda was rejected.
