The purposes of this research the calculation system of salary and wage overtime employees paid at PT. Buran Nusa Respati Samarinda. And to know the implementation of Government Regulation in the degree of Manpower and Transmigation Minister of the Republic of Indonesia Number Kep. 102/MEN/VI/2004 and No.561/K.584/2008.
The look of analysis was conducted in April 2011, where the writer the research was then calculated accuratly, Therefore, the analysis method used was the degree of Manpower and Transmigration Minister No.561/K.584/2008. and No.Kep-102/MEN/VI/2004.
PT.Buran Nusa Respati Samarinda applied the degree of Manpower and Transmigration Minister No:KEP-102/MEN/VI/2004 AND No.561/K.584/2008. However, the resulf of analysis above showed to determine the a calculation Analysis toward on salary and wage overtime emplotees were higher then the degree of the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration.
