Kutai Perkasa Pratama is a company that works in the field of transforting goods and goods loading service in the ship. it also organizes the employees activity on every goods or material treatment and goods loading. the employee who works in this company of course will get a proper salary based on his job. because of that, PT.Kutai Perkasa Pratama counts the payment of loading employees in the plywood loading, and gives the total number of payments to all employees based on the procedure from APBMI.
in colecting the data, the writer did some interview, observation, and studying the source of books.
