The purpose is to determine of sources and uses of funds in company cash at Pertamina Balikpapan Hospital. The research is used as information of cash budget for better management decision in future. Method used desctiptive comparable. Result indicate that dominant source of funds derived from larger group of Fixed Assets at cost account. Both conditions caused a reducion in cash in the year 2011 Rp 2.398.805,17 which is found from Rp 122.276.042,47 minus Rp 119.877.237,30
