The purpose of this final projects was to find out degree of ratio Effectivity and efficiency of budget local revenue and local expenditure from east kalimantan province governmnet, to find out category of Effectivity and efficiency of budget local revenue and local expenditure from east kalimantan province governmnet and to find out factor which affected of Effectivity and efficiency of budget revenue and expenditure of east kalimantan province governmnet.
The analysis instrument used in this final project was Effectivity of local revenue ratio, efficiency of local revenue ratio, efficiency of local expenditure Ratio.
