The purpose of this paper was to determine the minimum inventory of raw materials so it can be re-ordering. in addtion, another purpose of this report was to be one of the requirements for completing education in state polytechnic Accounting Department Samarinda. Research object was located on the street P.antasari Gg.Nusa Indah No.46th Samarinda. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and literature. this analysis was used to solve problems in this study using Economic Order quantity, Reorder Point and Lead Time.
