Pengaruh Dana Lokasi Umum (DAU) Dan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Serta sisa Lebih Pembiayaan Anggaran (SILPA) Terhadap Belanja Modal Provinsi Kalimantan Timur Tahun 2003-2012 --

This study aims to determine the influence of the general allocation fund and local revenue and financing surplus budget on capital expenditure of the province of east borneo. the data used is the regional budget revenue obtained from the office of the finance bureau provincial of east borneo and east borneo provincial secretariat. the method of analysis used in this study is a quantitative method, the classical assumption test, as well as the statistical analysis of multiple regression. the variables of this study is the general allocation fund as variable X1, and Local Revenue as well as variables X2, Financing Surplus Budget as variable X3 and Capital Expenditures as a variable Y with a 10-years study from 2003 to 2012. the results of this study demonstrate that in partial general allocation fund significant effect on capital expenditures in the province of east borneo, this can be explained in a p-value (sig). generated is 0.000728 and for the original income variable significant effect on capital expenditure, with a p-value (sig). of 0.00331, while for the remaining variables more financing significant effect on capital expenditures amounted to 0.000631. jointly between DAU, PAD, and SilPA againts Capital Expenditures Significant effect with a Siginificant level of 0.000463 and this value is smaller than 0.05.
