    This study aim is to know customer satisfaction, brand image, and brand love generated troudht word of mouth. the object of this study is sharp electronic product in Samarinda, this sample is the custoemr's SHARP the sample used in this research were 136 respondents by proportional random sampling, data ws cellected using questionaires distributed to the respondent, the method of date analisys uses statistical product and service solution (SPSS) and structural equation modeling (SEM).
