    This stury aimed to analyze and prove the influence of perceived quality and perceived risk on purchase intention through perceived value of customers etickets on the website ofgasruda Indonesia in Samarinda. The data collected is processed by the statistic software SPSS version 17.0 and structural equation model (SEM) or Amos version 5.0 software. The study was conducted in the city of Samarinda while the sampels taken in this study were 112 people, they were all customer of garuda Indonesia in Samarinda . The scale of measurement using a likert scale with a score of 1-5. In this study also tested the valisity and reliability test, then test estimation and structural test model fit.
