    This research was conducted to determine and study impact of rebranding influence on consumer satisfaction on equity, to the willingnes of users sites OLX.COM in Samarinda city to re-purchase at the site. Sample size whice were taken in this study 119 respondents which were on geographich in Samarinda, which was spread on th basic sub district. Research study was conductedusing research instrument (Questioner) in whitch tasted on 30 respondents as a valid tyest to identify whether or not the instrument valid and reliable. the test shew that all question whit in the instrument ware valid and reliable.
