    This research was conducted to examine and analisys the influence of retail marketing mix and price on customer loyalty througth customer satisfaction of indomaret customer at Samarinda. The study was conducted in Samarinda The sampel which were taken in this study were 128 sampels. thei are all the customer Indomaret in Samarinda. Accidental sampling method was used in selecting samples in this study. collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS (tecnique of structural aquations) software.
