    This study was aimed to examina and analyize teh impact brand persoanlity on brand commitment which the mediated of three variables as intervening variables. They trust in brand attacment as well as perceived quality of the owner of Honda CR-V in Samarinda. The study was conducted in Samarinda city. The sample which were taken in this study were 135 respoundent spread out through out 10 subdictricts, they are all the owner of honda CR-V in Samarinda. Accidental sampling and cross section methode was applied in selecting samples in this study. Collectid data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS (tecnique of structural aquations softwares.
