    This study was aimed to examine and analyze the impact of customer participation, Location dan service quality on consumen loyalty in satisfaction of the Perumahan Tamansari Grand Samarinda PT.Wika Reality. The study was conducted in Samarinda city. The sample which were taken in this study were 131 respondents spread out throught 18 subdistrics, the are all the owner of consumen Tmansari Grand Samarinda Accidental Sampling method was applied in selecting samples in this study. The fiddings of the study is ther is significant realtionship on service loyality in satisfaction of house owner Tamanwsari \grand Samarinda.
