    This research was conducted to determine and study the impact of store image ono customer loyalty througth customer satisfaction and customer trust of cutomer of minimarket alfamidi in Samarinda. The study was conducted in Samarinda .The sample which were taken in this study were 126 respondants, they are all the customer of minimarket alfamidi at Samarinda.Cross section sampling methode was used in selecting samples in this study. Collected data were analyzed using SPSS and AMOS (Tecnigue of structural equations) softwares. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was performed to Asses the data-model fit and two hypotheses were suported empirically as per SEM resultand two hypoteses were not suproted. the fidings revealdel that store image have significant relationship with customer satisfaction and trust, and customer satisfaction have sidnivicant relationship with customer loyalty. And store image have not siqnificabt relationship with customer loyal;ty and customer trust have not significant relationship with customer loyalty.
