    Thisnresearch was conducted to examine and analysis the influence of perceifed service quality and perceived value on customer loyalty througth customer satisfaction telcom speedy at Samarinda of customer. Advisor I Dr. Indah Martati ,SE MM.and Adcisor n II Zuriah SE,MM. The study was cinducted in Samarinda the sample witch were taken in this study was conducted in Samarinda. The sample which were taken in this study were 126 samples they are al the customer telkom in Samarinda accidental sampling methode was used in selection sample in this study collected data were analized using SPSS and AMOS(Techbigue of srtuctural equationsofware.
