    This study aimed to analyze the effectof customer satifaction and customer trust on customer loyalty througt switching cost celluler customer halo in Samarinda. This study uses a guantitative aproach using path analysis were procesed with SPSS software 20 and SEM 5.0 this study used a sample of 120 respondent taken froma number of celluler customer halo Samarinda,Measuring scale using a likert scale with of 1-5 witch is 1is very disagre and 5 very agree the study instrument tested the validity and reliability, then test estimation and structural test model fit.
