    ABSTRACT
    ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT, EMOTIONS,
    PERCEIVED ENJOYMENT, AND PRODUCT VARIETY ON REVISIT
    INTENTION THROUGH SATISFACTION IN CINEMA VISITORS
    XXI IN THE CITY OF SAMARINDA
    This research aims to analyze the influence of physical environment,
    emotions, perceived enjoyment, and product variety on revisit intention through
    satisfaction among visitors to Cinema XXI in Samarinda City. This research uses
    a quantitative approach using path analysis processed with IBM SPSS Statistics
    23 software and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with IBM AMOS 23 software.
    This research uses a sample of 161 people taken from cinema Xxi visitors in
    Samarinda City. The measurement scale uses a Likert scale with a score of 1-5. In
    this research, validity and reliability tests were also carried out, then estimation
    tests and structural model fit tests were carried out.
    Based on the structural model, it can be proven that physical environment,
    emotions, perceived enjoyment, product variety have a significant effect on
    satisfaction. Product variety and physical environment do not have a significant
    effect on revisit intention. emotions, perceived enjoyment have a significant effect
    on revisit intention.

    RINGKASAN
    ANALISIS PENGARUH PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT, EMOTIONS, PERCEIVED
    ENJOYMENT, DAN PRODUCT VARIETY TERHADAP REVISIT INTENTION
    MELALUI SATISFACTION PADA PENGUNJUNG CINEMA
    XXI DI KOTA SAMARINDA
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh physical
    environment, emotions, perceived enjoyment, dan product variety terhadap revisit
    intention melalui satisfaction pada pengunjung cinema xxi di kota samarinda.
    Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan path
    analysis yang diolah dengan software IBM SPSS Statistic 23 dan Structural
    Equation Model (SEM) dengan software IBM AMOS 23. Dalam Penelitian ini
    menggunakan sampel sebanyak 161 orang yang diambil dari pengunjung bioskop
    XXi di Kota Samarinda. Skala pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert dengan skor
    1-5. Dalam penelitian ini juga dilakukan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, selanjutnya
    dilakukan uji estimasi dan uji structural model fit.
    Berdasarkan model structural dapat dibuktikan bahwa physical
    environment, emotions, perceived enjoyment, product variety berpengaruh
    signifikan terhadap satisfaction. Product variety dan physical environment tidak
    berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention. emotions, perceived enjoyment
    berpengaruh signifikan terhadap revisit intention.
