dibawah bimbingan Bapak Yunus T. Tandirerung, S.E., M.S.A. sebagai pembimbing
pertama dan Bapak Drs. Muhammad Kasim, M.M. sebagai pembimbing kedua.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui selisih laba kotor penjualan
Bakpia pada Pia Nana Samarinda selama bulan Januari 2023 dan penyebab selisih laba
kotor tersebut dengan menggunakan teori Bastian Bustami dan Nurlela. Teknik yang
digunakan dalam memperoleh data yang diperlukan dalam penulisan tugas akhir ini
adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, serta pengumpulan informasi terkait
yang berasal dari berbagai literatur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Selisih
Laba Kotor, Selisih Penjualan, Selisih Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Harga Jual, Selisih
Kuantitas Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Harga dari Harga
Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Bersih dan Skema Analisis Laba Kotor. Hasil dari
penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selisih laba kotor penjualan bakpia selama bulan
Januari 2023 sebesar Rp2.603.599 yang disebabkan oleh selisih penjualan sebesar
Rp3.562.500 dan selisih harga pokok penjualan sebesar Rp958.902.

Muhammad Kasim, M.M. as the second mentor.
The purpose of this research is to find out the difference in gross profit from
bakpia sales at Pia Nana Samarinda in January 2023 and the causes of the difference by
using the theory of Bastian Bustami and Nurlela. The techniques used in obtaining the
data needed in writing this final project are observation, interviews, documentation and
collection of related information from various kind of literatures. The data analysis
method used is the Difference in Gross Profit, Difference in Sales, Difference in Cost of
Goods Sold, Difference in Selling Prices, Difference in Sales Quantity, Difference in
Quantity of Cost of Goods Sold, Difference in Price from Cost of Goods Sold, Difference
in Net Quantity and Gross Profit Analysis Schematic. The results of this final project
indicate that the difference in gross profit from the sale of bakpia in January 2023 was
Rp2.603.599, which was caused by the difference in sales of Rp3.562.500 and the
difference in cost of goods sold of Rp958.902.
