ABSTRAK
Restoran adalah tempat atau bangunan yang menjual makanan maupun
minuman dengan satu pelayanan yang baik.Pelayanan yang baik adalah pelayanan
yang di mana harus ada unsur keramahan serta dilakukan dengan cepat dan
baik.Peranan Food runner sangatlah penting dalam operasional sebuah restoran
supaya memberikan kelancaraan dalam sebuah restoran
Pada Bumi Senyiur Samarinda pramusaji dan food ruuner sangat lah
berperan penting dan menjadi ikon restoran NG sehingga dalam memberikan
pelayanan dan kualitas dalam service dapat di lakukan dengan baik dan
benar.sehingga di ambil rumusan masalah yaitu bagaimana pentingnya peranan
food runner dalam menunjang operasional restoran NG di hotel bumi senyiur.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan hasil observasi,wawancara dan studi
pustaka dalam mendukung penelitian. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh adalah
bagaimana peranan penting food runner dalam menunjang operasional restoran
NG di hotel bumi senyiur samarinda.
Adapun kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, peranan food runnner dalam
NG restoran sangat penting dan dalam memberikan kelancaraan dalam
operasional dan memberikan efisiensi dalam operasional NG restoran walaupun
keterbatasan staf dengan adanya food runner semua bisa berjalan dengan prosedur
dan memberikan kenyamanan kepada tamu.

ABSTRACT
A restaurant is a place or buiding that sells food and drinks with a very
good service.Good service is a service where there must be an element of
hospitality and is done quickly and well.The rolle of a food runner is very
important in the operation of a restaurant so as to provide smooth running in a
restaurant.
At Bumi Senyiur Samarinda waiter and food runner p;ay an impartant role
in becoming an Ng restaurant icon so that in providing service and qua;ity in and
correctiy.So that the formulation of the problem is taken,How important is the
role of the food runner in supporting the operations of the NG restaurant at he
Bumi Senyiur Hotel.
Informasion collection teachniques use the results of interview
observations and literature studies to suppart research. Food runner in
supporting the operations of the NG restaurant at the BumiSenyiur
Samarinda.There is conclusion in the research that is the rolle of food runner in
NG restaurant is very important and in providing smoothness in operations and
providing efficiency in NG restaurant operations despite the limited staff with the
presence of food runner all can run according to procedures and provide comfort
