ABSTRAK
Nur Hamisah, 2023. dengan judul Tugas Akhir “Analisis Laba Kotor Penjualan
Pada Home Industri Auria Cake Palaran Tahun 2021 dan 2022 dikecamatan Palaran
Samarinda Kalimantan Timur”. Di bawah bimbingan dari Bapak Dr.H. Sabri Nurdin,
S.E., M.M. selaku pembimbing 1 dan Bapak Marwanto,S.E ,AK., M.Si. selaku
pembimbing 2.
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui berapa selisih laba kotor dan penyebab
terjadinya selisih laba kotor pada Home Industri Auria Cake Palaran tahun 2022 dengan
menggunakan teori Bastian Bustami dan Nurlela. Metode yang digunakan dalam
memperoleh dan mengumpulkan data yang diperlukan untuk Tugas Akhir ini adalah
observasi. Kemudian alat analisis yang digunakan bersumber dari alat analisis laba
kotor Bustami dan Nurlela, yaitu Selisih Laba Kotor, Selisih Harga Jual, Selisih Harga
dari Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Harga
Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Penjualan, Selisih Harga Pokok Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas
Bersih, Selisih Komposisi Penjualan, Selisih Kuantitas Penjualan Final dan Skema
Analisis Laba Kotor. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa penyebab perubahan laba
kotor dikarenakan selisih penjualan terutama pada elemen selisih kuantitas penjualan.Ini
adalah sebuah keuntungan bagi usaha.

The purpose of this research is to find out what the difference in gross profit is
and the causes of the difference in gross profit in the Auria Cake Palaran Home
Industry in 2022 using the theory of Bastian Bustami and Nurlela. The method used in
obtaining and collecting the data needed for this Final Project is observation. Then the
analytical tool used comes from Bustami and Nurlela's gross profit analysis tool,
namely the difference in gross profit, the difference in selling prices, the difference in
price from the cost of goods sold, the difference in quantity sold, the difference in
quantity of cost of goods sold, the difference in sales, the difference in the cost of goods
sold, the difference Net Quantity, Difference in Composition of Sales, Difference in
Final Sales Quantity and Gross Profit Analysis Scheme. The results of the study show
that the cause of changes in gross profit is due to differences in sales, especially in the
element of difference in sales quantity. This is an advantage for the business.
