ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi
pendapatan driver GO-JEK di kota Samarinda. Responden pada penelitian ini
adalah driver GO-JEK di kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
kuantitatif, dan menggunakan alat analisis uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier
berganda dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan Statistical Package for Social Sciences
(SPSS) Versi 25. Jumlah sampel penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial jam kerja dan umur berpengaruh
positif dan signifikan terhadap pendapatan driver GO-JEK, sedangkan pengalaman
kerja berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pendapatan driver GO-JEK.
Secara simultan jam kerja, umur, dan pengalaman kerja berpengaruh positif dan
siginifikan terhadap pendapatan driver GO-JEK dengan nilai signifikansi sebesar
0.000 < 0.05.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to find out the factors that influence the income of GOJEK drivers in the city of Samarinda. The respondent to this study was a GO-JEK
driver in the city of Samarinda. The study used quantitative methods, and used
classical assumption test analysis tools, double linear regression analysis and
hypothesis testing with the help of Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS)
Version 25. The total sample was 100 respondents. The results of the research
showed that partially working hours and lifetime had a positive and significant
impact on GO-JEK driver’s income, while work experience had a negative and nonsignificant impact on the GO- JEK driver's income. Simultaneously working hours,
age, and work experience have a positive and significant impact on GO-JEK
driver's income with a significance value of 0,000 < 0.05.
