    ABSTRAK
    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh inovasi, fasilitas,
    dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap minat nasabah menggunakan jasa PT. Pegadaian
    baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan
    kuesioner yang diukur dengan skala Likert. Metode analisis data diuji dengan
    Statistical Product And Service Solution (SPSS). Jumlah sampel penelitian
    sebanyak 95 responden. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis statistik
    deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolonieritas, uji
    heteroskedastisitas, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F dan uji R2. Hasil
    penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel inovasi, fasilitas, dan
    kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah
    menggunakan jasa. Secara simultan variabel inovasi, fasilitas dan kualitas
    pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat nasabah
    menggunakan jasa PT. Pegadaian Cabang Loa Janan.

    THE INFLUENCE OF INNOVATION, FACILITIES, AND SERVICE
    QUALITY ON CUSTOMER INTEREST IN USING THE SERVICES OF PT.

    ABSTRACT
    The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of innovation, facilities and
    service quality on customers' interest in using the services of PT. Pegadaian either
    partially or simultaneously. The data collection method uses a questionnaire
    measured by a Likert scale. The data analysis method was tested with Statistical
    Product And Service Solution (SPSS). The number of research samples is 95
    respondents. The analytical tools used are descriptive statistical analysis, validity
    test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test,
    multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The results showed
    that partially the variables of innovation, facilities, and service quality had a
    positive and significant impact on customers' interest in using services.
    Simultaneously the variables of innovation, facilities and service quality have a
    positive and significant effect on customer interest in using the services of PT.
