ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan membangun sistem informasi
terpadu pada pencucian mobil dan kafe “F90 snow Wash” berbasis Macro
Microsoft Excel. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi,
wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah microsoft
excel sedangkan metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah proses
bisnis dan Entity Relationship Diagram. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah
kualitatif dan kuntitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa aplikasi rancang bangun
sistem informasi terpadu pencucian mobil dan kafe “F90 Snow Wash” berbasis
macro microsoft excel menciptakan aktivitas kerja yang lebih efektif dan efisien
serta mempermudah proses pengidentifikasi masalah apabila terjadi sesuatu
kesalahan diakibatkan oleh pengguna di F90 Snow Wash.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to create and build an integrated information system on
the "F90 Snow Wash" car wash and cafe based on Microsoft Excel Macros. Data
collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The
analysis tool used is Microsoft Excel while the system development method used is
business processes and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The research method used
is qualitative and quantitative. The results of this study are that the application
design of an integrated information system for car wash and cafe "F90 Snow
Wash" based on Microsoft Excel macros creates more effective and efficient work
activities and facilitates the process of identifying problems when an error occurs
caused by the user at “F90 Snow Wash”.
