Analisis Penerapan Recloser Sebagai Perangkat Sistem Proteksi Jaringan Distribusi
Tenaga Listrik Pada Feeder H3 Gardu Induk Harapan Baru
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis setting recloser yang menyebabkan
kegagalan proteksi dan juga dapat mengetahui kinerja recloser jaringan tegangan
menengah sistem distribusi pada feeder H3 Gardu Induk Harapan Baru. ditunjukkan
bahwa proses penelitian diawali dengan penelitian pendahuluan berupa studi pustaka dan
studi kasus, kemudian dilanjutkan dengan pengumpulan data referensi dan data lapangan
dan dianalisis dengan ETAP, sehingga melakukan pemodelan dengan single line diagram
pada jaringan, data trafo dan jumlah beban yang dipakai. Pada penelitian ini recloser yang
digunakan adalah recloser tiga fasa. Pada penelitian ini kinerja dari recloser tersebut
adalah jika terjadinya gangguan hubung singkat, maka recloser ini akan membuka dan
menutup kembali sesuai dengan waktu settingnya dan jika gangguan tersebut hilang maka
recloser akan menutup seterusnya. Pada komponen recloser disetting dengan waktu 5
detik agar mencegah terjadinyakegagalan proteksi. Kinerja dari recloser adalah recloser
akan membuka ketika terjadi gangguan hubung singkat dan menutup kembali setelah
gangguan itu hilang dengan waktu settingnya.

Analysis Of The Application Of The Recloser As a Power Distribution Network
Protection System Device At The H3 Feeder at The Harapan Baru Substation
This study aims to be able to analyze the recloser setting that cause protection failure
and also to determine the performance of the recloser in the medium voltage distribution
system at the H3 feeder at Harapan Baru. it is shown that the research process begins
with preliminiary research in the form of literature studies and case studies, then proceed
with the collection of reference data and field data and analyzed with etap, so as to do
modeling with a single line diagram on the network, transformer data and the amount of
load used. In this study the recloser used is a three-phase recloser. In this study the
performance of the recloser is that if a short circuit occurs, the recloser will open and
close again according to the setting time and if the disturbance disappears, the recloser
will close forever. The recloser component is set for 5 second to prevent protection
failure. The performance of the recloser is that the recloser will open when a short circuit
disturbance occurs and close again after the disturbance disappears with the setting time
