    ABSTRAK
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Return On Equity,
    Earning Per Share, dan Debt to Equity Ratio Terhadap Harga Saham Subsektor
    Property dan Real Estate di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2022. Penelitian
    ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari
    Bursa Efek Indonesia dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Metode
    analisis data diuji dengan Statictical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). Alat
    analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda, uji normalitas, uji
    multikolinearitas, uji autokorelasi, uji heterokedastisitas, uji linieritas, uji parsial,
    dan uji simultan. Hasil penelitian uji parsial dengan uji t, ROE dan DER tidak
    berpengaruh terhadap harga saham sedangkan EPS memiliki pengaruh secara
    negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham. Berdasarkan uji f ROE, EPS, dan
    DER secara simultan memiliki pengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap
    harga saham. Berdasarkan uji R2 sebesar 0,121 artinya harga saham dapat
    dijelaskan oleh ROE, EPS, dan DER sebesar 12,1% sedangkan 87,9% dijelaskan
    oleh faktor lain.

    ABSTRACT
    This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Equity, Earning Per
    Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio on Stock Prices in the Property and Real Estate
    Subsector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. This research is a
    quantitative study with secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock
    Exchange using a purposive sampling method. The data analysis method was
    tested with Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The analytical tools
    used are multiple linear regression analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test,
    autocorrelation test, heteroscedasticity test, linearity test, partial test, and
    simultaneous test. The results of the partial test with the t test, ROE and DER
    have no effect on stock prices while EPS has a negative and significant effect on
    stock prices. Based on the ROE f test, EPS, and DER simultaneously have a
    positive and significant effect on stock prices. Based on the R2 test of 0.121, it
    means that the share price can be explained by ROE, EPS, and DER of 12.1%
    while 87.9% is explained by other factors.
