ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis kinerja keuangan
Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (Perumdam) Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda
berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Dalam Negeri (Kepmendagri) Nomor 47 tahun
1999 Periode 2017-2021. Objek penelitian adalah menganalisa Laporan Keuangan
Laba-Rugi, dan Neraca Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum (Perumdam) Tirta
Kencana Kota Samarinda dari tahun 2017-2021. Jenis penelitian ini adalah
penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif dengan data yang digunakan adalah laporan
keuangan. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah dokumentasi dan studi pustaka.
Analisa data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang digunakan untuk
menilai tingkat keberhasilan kinerja keuangan perusahaan berdasarkan Keputusan
Menteri Dalam Negeri (Kepmendagri) Nomor 47 tahun 1999. Hasil Penelitian
adalah hasil analisis yang telah dilakukan, hasil penelitian ini adalah kinerja
keuangan Perusahaan Umum Daerah Air Minum Tirta Kencana Kota Samarinda
periode 2017-2021 berdasarkan Kepmendagri No. 47 tahun 1999 adalah Baik.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to find out and analyze the financial performance of
the Tirta Kencana Regional Drinking Water Company (Perumdam) in Samarinda
City based on the Decree of the Minister of Home Affairs (Kepmendagri) Number
47 of 1999 for the 2017-2021 period. The object of the research is to analyze the
Profit and Loss Financial Statements, and the Balance Sheet of the Regional
Drinking Water Company (Perumdam) Tirta Kencana City of Samarinda for 2017-
2021. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research with the data used
are financial reports. Data collection techniques are documentation and literature
study. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis which is used to assess the
level of success of the company's financial performance based on the Decree of the
Minister of Home Affairs (Kepmendagri) Number 47 of 1999. The results of the
research are the results of the analysis that has been carried out, namely the
financial performance of the Regional Public Water Company Tirta Kencana City
of Samarinda for the 2017-2021 period based on Kepmendagri No. 47 in 1999 is
Good.
