Abstrak
Pada saat kegiatan proses sewa menyewa kapal tugboat dan tongkang berlangsung,
penting untuk memperhatikan beberapa hal, Proses penyewaan tugboat dan
tongkang dalam time charter melibatkan serangkaian langkah yang harus diikuti
oleh kedua belah pihak, yaitu pemilik kapal dan penyewa. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk memberikan pemahaman yang jelas tentang prosedur ini sangat penting agar
proses sewa menyewa dapat berjalan lancar sesuai dengan kesepakatan kedua belah
pihak. Metode pengolahan data dilakukan dengan data yang diperoleh dari hasil
observasi, wawancara, dan penelitian langsung selama penulis melakukan praktek
kerja lapangan. Hasil dari penelitian ini Proses sewa menyewa kapal time charter
melibatkan serangkaian langkah yang melibatkan pihak penyewa dan pemilik
kapal. Mulai dari pengecekan kapal, negosiasi harga dan persyaratan sewa, hingga
penyerahan kapal dan operasionalnya, setiap tahap membutuhkan pengaturan yang
teliti dan pemenuhan persyaratan yang sesuai. Dokumen-dokumen seperti sertifikat
kapal, perjanjian sewa menyewa, dan dokumen keselamatan lainnya memainkan
peran penting dalam proses ini.
Abstract
During the process of renting tugboats and barges, it is important to pay attention
to several things. The tugboat and barge rental process in a time charter involves
a series of steps that must be followed by both parties, namely the ship owner and
the lessee. This study aims to provide a clear understanding of this very important
procedure so that the leasing process can run smoothly according to the agreement
of both parties. The method of data processing is done with data obtained from the
results of observations, interviews, and direct research during the authors' field
