ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan rekomendasi
mengenai penerapan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) dalam layanan
Clearance In & Out pada PT. International Total Service & Logistic. Clearance In
& Out merupakan proses yang penting dalam perusahaan keagenan, yang
melibatkan pengiriman dan penerimaan barang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah
untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, ketepatan waktu, dan kualitas layanan Clearance In
& Out yang disediakan oleh PT. International Total Service & Logistic. Hasil
penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya kekurangan dalam proses Clearance In & Out
di PT. International Total Service & Logistic, seperti ketidakjelasan peran dan
tanggung jawab, kurangnya koordinasi antara departemen terkait, dan kurangnya
pemantauan dan pengawasan terhadap proses tersebut. Berdasarkan temuan ini,
penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan SOP yang jelas dan terstruktur untuk
memperbaiki efisiensi dan kualitas layanan Clearance In & Out. Rekomendasi ini
meliputi pengembangan SOP yang mencakup langkah-langkah operasional yang
jelas, melakukan pelatihan kepada para staff mengenai SOP dan prosedur yang
harus diikuti, serta peningkatan pentingnya dukungan dari pihak manajemen.
Diharapkan implementasi rekomendasi ini akan membantu PT. International Total
Service & Logistic dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan Clearance
In & Out mereka, sehingga dapat memberikan kepuasan kepada pelanggan dan
memperkuat posisi mereka di industri logistik.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze and provide recommendations regarding the
implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) in Clearance In & Out
services at PT. International Total Service & Logistics. Clearance In & Out is an
important process in agency companies, which involves sending and receiving
goods. The purpose of this research is to improve the efficiency, timeliness, and
quality of Clearance In & Out services provided by PT. International Total
Service & Logistics. The results of this study indicate that there are deficiencies in
the Clearance In & Out process at PT. International Total Service & Logistics,
such as unclear roles and responsibilities, lack of coordination between related
departments, and lack of monitoring and supervision of the process. Based on
these findings, this study recommends implementing clear and structured SOPs to
improve the efficiency and quality of Clearance In & Out services. These
recommendations include developing SOPs that include clear operational steps,
training staff on SOPs and procedures to follow, as well as increasing the
importance of support from management. It is hoped that the implementation of
these recommendations will help PT. International Total Service & Logistics in
improving the efficiency and quality of their Clearance In & Out services, so as to
provide satisfaction to customers and strengthen their position in the logistics
industry.
