APLIKASI LEGALITAS DISPOSISI SURAT PADA BIDANG PELAYARAN DINAS PERHUBUNGAN PROVINSI KALIMANTAN TIMUR --

ABSTRAK
Pada saat ini, sistem surat menyurat Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Kalimantan
Timur, terutama Bidang Pelayaran, masih diproses secara manual. Alangkah
baiknya jika sistem ini diubah menjadi sistem yang terkomputerisasi karena
banyaknya surat yang harus diproses dan kebutuhan informasi yang cepat dan tepat.
karena komputer adalah alat terbaik untuk pengolahan data rutin. Penelitian ini
bertujuan untuk menciptakan Aplikasi Legalitas Disposisi Surat di Bidang
Pelayaran Dinas Perhubungan Provinsi Kalimantan Timur. Dalam penelitian ini
dibuat menggunakan framework Codeigniter, menggunakan MySQL sebagai basis
data, dan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP. Dengan melalui tahapan
penelitian seperti pengumpulan data, perencanaan kebutuhan, desain sistem, dan
implementasi website. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa aplikasi yang dapat
memberikan kemudahan dalam pencarian, penyimpanan, dan pengelolaan surat
dengan tepat.

ABSTRACT
At this time, the correspondence system for the East Kalimantan Province
Transportation Service, especially the Shipping Sector, is still being processed
manually. It would be nice if this system was changed to a computerized system
because of the large number of letters that had to be processed and the need for
fast and precise information. because the computer is the best tool for routine data
processing. This study aims to create an Application for the Legality of Disposition
Letters in the Shipping Sector of the East Kalimantan Province Transportation
Service. In this research, it was created using the CodeIgniter framework, using
MySQL as a database, and using the PHP programming language. By going
through research stages such as data collection, requirements planning, system
design, and website implementation. The results of this study are in the form of
applications that can provide convenience in searching, storing, and managing
letters properly.
