MONITORING WAKTU DAN BIAYA DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE NILAI HASIL (EARNED VALUE) (STUDI KASUS: PENINGKATAN KAPASITAS STRUKTUR JALAN MUARA KEMBANG – TAMAPOLE KABUPATEN KUTAI KARTANEGARA) --

ABSTRAK
Faktor yang menjadi indikator keberhasilan pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi yakni
harus tepat mutu, biaya, dan waktu. Untuk mencapai hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan
manajemen proyek yang benar. Salah satu tindakan manajemen proyek adalah
pengendalian proyek. Pengendalian dilakukan pada proyek Peningkatan Kapasitas
Struktur Jalan Muara Kembang – Tamapole Kabupaten Kutai Kartanegara, karena
pada pelaksanaan proyek yang dilaksanakan mengalami penyimpangan dalam hal
waktu yang melebihi rencana. Metode Konsep Nilai Hasil (Earned Value)
merupakan salah satu metode pengendalian proyek dari segi waktu dan biaya.
Metode ini menggunakan 3 (tiga) parameter, yaitu Planned Value (PV), Earned
Value (EV), dan Actual Cost (AC). Dari parameter tersebut dapat dilakukan estimasi
waktu penyelesaian proyek. Dari hasil analisa diketahui bahwa proyek konstruksi
terjadi keterlambatan. Prediksi biaya yang diperlukan untuk menyelesaikan seluruh
pekerjaan adalah Rp. 5,243,159,560.81,- dan perkiraan waktu penyelesaian proyek
adalah 1 minggu.

ABSTRACT
Factors that become indicators of the successful implementation of construction
projects must be appropriate quality, cost, and time. To achieve this, it is necessary
to do the right project management. One of the actions of project management is
project control. The control was carried out on the Muara Kembang – Tamapole
Road Structure Capacity Building project, Kutai Kartanegara Regency, because
the project implementation experienced deviations in terms of time exceeding the
plan. Result Value Concept Method (Earned Value) is one of the project control
methods in terms of time and cost. This method uses 3 (three) parameters, namely
Planned Value (PV), Earned Value (EV), and Actual Cost (AC). From these
parameters, it can be estimated the project completion time. From the results of the
analysis it is known that the construction project has been delayed. The estimated
cost required to complete the entire work is Rp. 5,243,159,560.81, - and the
estimated project completion time is 1 week.
