ANALISA KERUSAKAN HYDRAULIC CONTROL VALVE LIFT AND TILT PADA UNIT WHEEL LOADER 950 CATERPILLAR --Ed. 1

ABSTRACK
Wheel loader adalah sebuah alat pemuat atau alat berat yang mempunyai ban. Untuk cara pengoperasian wheel loader sendiri beragam. Selain itu, ada banyak elemen penting yang dipakai pada wheel loader. Dalam wheel loader terdapat komponen hidraulik yaitu control valve yang berfungsi untuk menaikkan tekanan, mengatur jumlah dan arah aliran oli yang di hisap hidraulik pump dari hidraulik tank untuk mengoperasikan unit tersebut.
Abstrak yang dilakukan penyusun dalam tugas akhir ini akan membahas mengenai sistem hidrolik control valve pada unit wheel loader 950 Caterpillar bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem hidrolik control valve, karena sistem hidrolik merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat penting dalam pengoprasian wheel loader. Metode analisis yang digunakan penyusun dalam peyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah studi pustaka yaitu dengan cara membaca dan mempelajari data dari berbagai sumber literature serta melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap komponen.

ABSTRACKT
Wheel loader is a loader or heavy equipment that has tires. There are various ways to operate the wheel loader. In addition, there are many important elements used in wheel loaders. In the wheel loader there is a hydraulic component, namely the control valve which functions to increase the pressure, regulate the amount and direction of oil flow that is sucked by the hydraulic pump from the hydraulic tank to operate the unit.
Abstract The authors in this final project will discuss the hydraulic control valve system on the Caterpillar 950 wheel loader unit with the aim of knowing the hydraulic control valve system, because the hydraulic system is a very important system in the operation of a wheel loader. The analytical method used by the authors in the preparation of this final project is literature study, namely by reading and studying data from various sources of literature and making direct observations of the components.
