    RINGKASAN
    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan pengaruh e-Service
    Quality, Security, dan Perceived Risk, Serta Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Attitude
    dan Intention to Use pada pengguna e-money DANA di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini
    menggunakan kuesioner dengan sampel sebanyak 150 pengguna e-money DANA di
    Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan path
    analysis yang diolah dengan software IBM SPSS Statistic 23 dan Structural Equation
    Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS 23. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan
    kuesioner dengan sampel sabanyak 150 pengguna e-money DANA di Kota Samarinda,
    pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik accidental random sampling. Skala
    pengukuran menggunakan skala Likert dengan skor 1-5. Dengan melakukan uji
    instrumen yakni uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas serta uji asumsi klasik seperti uji
    normalitas dan uji multikolineritas kemudian dilakukan uji estimasi dan uji structural
    model fit.
    Berdasarkan model struktural dapat dibuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang
    signifikan antara variabel e-Service Quality, Perceived Risk, dan Perceived Ease of Use
    terhadap Attitude. Security dan Attitude terhadap Intention to Use pada pengguna e-
    money DANA di Kota Samarinda. Adapun terdapat pengaruh yang tidak signifikan
    antara variabel Security terhadap Attitude. e-Service Quality, Perceived Risk, dan
    Perceived Ease of Use terhadap Intention to Use pada pengguna e-money DANA di
    Kota Samarinda.

    ABSTRACT
    This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of e-Service Quality, Security,
    and Perceived Risk, as well as Perceived Ease of Use on Attitude and Intention to Use
    on DANA e-money users in Samarinda City. This study used a questionnaire with a
    sample of 150 DANA e-money users in Samarinda City. This research uses a
    quantitative approach with path analysis processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23
    software and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 23 software. In this study
    using a questionnaire with a sample of 150 DANA e-money users in Samarinda City,
    sampling using accidental random sampling techniques. The measurement scale uses
    the Likert scale with a score of 1-5. By conducting instruments, namely validity tests and
    reliability tests as well as classical assumption tests such as normality tests and
    multicholinerity tests, estimation tests and structural model fit tests are carried out.
    Based on the structural model, it can be proven that there is a significant influence
    between the variables e-Service Quality, Perceived Risk, and Perceived Ease of Use on
    Attitude. Security and Attitude towards Intention to Use for DANA e-money users in
    Samarinda City. There is an insignificant influence between Security variables on
    Attitude. e-Service Quality, Perceived Risk, and Perceived Ease of Use on Intention to
    Use for DANA e-money users in Samarinda City.
