    PENGARUH PRICE TERHADAP SERVICE QUALITY SERTA HOTEL
    ATMOSPHERE TERHADAP REVISIT MELALUI SATISFACTION PADA TAMU
    HOTEL ASTON DI KOTA SAMARINDA

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa Pengaruh Price Terhadap
    Service Quality Serta Hotel Atmosphere Terhadap Revisit Melalui Satisfaction
    Pada Tamu Hotel Aston Di Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini menggunakan
    pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan path analysis yang diolah dengan
    software SPSS Statistic 23 dan Structual Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan
    software IBM AMOS 23. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah
    126 sampel yang diambil dari tamu hotel aston di kota samarinda. Dalam penelitian
    ini dilakukan uji instrument yang terdiri dari uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas, uji
    asumsi menggunakan uji estimasi dan uji structural model fit.
    Berdasarkan model structural dapat dibuktikan bahwa Price, Hotel
    Atmosphere, berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Satisfaction, Service Quality
    berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap Satisfaction, Price berpengaruh signifikan
    terhadap Revisit, Service Quality, Hotel Atmosphere berpengaruh tidak signifikan
    terhadap Revisit, satisfaction berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Revisit pada tamu
    hotel Aston di Kota Samarinda.

    ABSTRACT
    THE INFLUENCE OF PRICE ON SERVICE QUALITY AND HOTEL
    ATMOSPHERE ON REVISIT THROUGH SATISFACTION OF ASTON HOTEL
    GUESTS IN SAMARINDA CITY

    This study aims to analyze the effect of price on service quality and hotel
    atmosphere on visits through satisfaction at Aston Hotel guests in Samarinda. This
    study used a quantitative approach using path analysis which was processed with
    SPSS Statistic 23 software and Structual Equation Modeling (SEM) with IBM
    AMOS 23 software. The samples used in this study were 126 samples taken from
    Aston hotel guests in Samarinda city. In this study, instrument tests were carried
    out which consisted of validity and reliability tests, assumption tests using
    estimation tests and structural model fit tests.
    Based on the structural model, it can be proven that Price, Hotel
    Atmosphere, has a significant effect on Satisfaction, Service Quality has a
    significant effect on Revisit, Price has a significant effect on Revisit, Service
    Quality, Hotel Atmosphere has no significant effect on Revisit, satisfaction has a
    significant effect on Revisit on Aston hotel guests in Samarinda City.
