PEMBUATAN ALAT PERAGA PENGUJI INJECTOR COMMON RAIL --Ed. 1

ABSTRAK
Penulis yaitu Pertikal Randalayuk membuat alat peraga dengan judul
Pembuatan Alat Peraga Penguji Injector Common Rail pada tahun 2023 dibawah
bimbingan Ir. Abdul Muis,MT. Penulis membahas bagaimana desain dan cara
membuat alat peraga. Tujuan penulis membuat alat peraga ini untuk menguji
pengkabutan injector common rail, dengan adanya pengujian ini dapat
mempermudah teknisi mengetahui berfungsi atau tidaknya sebuah injector.
Alat yang dibuat yaitu alat peraga pengujian injector common rail, alat ini
hasil dari pengembagan dari alat sebelumya yaitu Nozzle Tester yang dibuat oleh
Muhammad Idris Hidayatullah pada tahun 2021 yang berjudul Rancang Bangun
Nozzle Tester with Cover Protection Use For 3306 Engine Caterpillar.
Hasil dari pengujian menunjukan alat yang dibuat berfungsi sebagaimana
mestinya dan tidak ada kendala dalam proses pengujian alat yang dibuat oleh
penulis. Alat yang dibuat dapat digunakan sehingga teknisi dapat mengetahui
apakahinjector berfungsi atau tidak, namun alat ini mempunyai kekurangan yaitu
masih menggunakan pompa manual.

ABSTRACT
The author, Pertikal Randalayuk, made a prop entitled Common Rail
Injector Tester Props Assembly in 2023 under the guidance of Ir. Abdul Muis, MT.
The author discusses how to design and how to make props. The author's purpose
in making this trainer is to test the fogging of common rail injectors, with this test
it can make it easier for technicians to know whether or not an injector is
functioning.
The tool made is a common rail injector testing trainer, this tool is the result
of the development of the previous tool, namely the Nozzle Tester made by
Muhammad Idris Hidayatullah in 2021 entitled Design and Build a Nozzle Tester
with Cover Protection Use For 3306 Caterpillar Engines.
The results of the test show that the tool made functions as it should and
there are no obstacles in the process of testing the tool made by the author. The tool
made can be used so that the technician can find out whether the injector is
functioning or not, but this tool has the disadvantage that it still uses a manual pump.
