Tujuan mesin alat penyangrai, pendingin, dan penggilingan kopi ini Untuk
melakukan proses sangrai, biji kopi kering yang dimasukkan kedalam tabung,
proses penyangrai kemudian set suhu sangraian dan tekan tombol start maka elemen
pemanas akan berputar hingga suhu yang diinginkan. Saat proses sangrai selesai
kopi dituang ke mesin pendingin kemudian masuk grinder untuk mendapatkan hasil
kopi bubuk .
Metode yang digunakan dalam merancang sebuah mesin penyangrai dan
penggiling kopi ini dengan cara observasi secara langsung dan observasi literatur.
Berdasarkan hasil rancangan mendaptkan hasil biji kopi dalam penelitian
ini adalah alat roasting dan grinder biji kopi ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan dapat
menyangrai kopi dengan merata. Alat ini juga dapat menampung biji kopi seberat
400 gram.

The purpose of this roaster, cooler, and coffee milling machine is to carry
out the roasting process, dry coffee beans are put into the tube, the roasting process
then sets the roasting temperature and presses the start button, the heating element
will rotate until the desired temperature. When the roasting process is complete,
the coffee is poured into a cooling machine, then it enters the grinder to obtain
ground coffee.
The method used in designing a roaster coffee grinding machine is by direct
observation and literature observation.
Based on the results of the design to obtain coffee bean yields in this study,
this coffee bean roasting and grinder tool can work well and can roast coffee
evenly. This tool can also hold coffee beans weighing 400 grams.
