REDESAIN KANTOR DINAS PARIWISATA DAERAH KOTA SAMARINDA PENEKANAN PADA GAYA ARSITEKTUR NEO VERNAKULAR --Ed. 1

Abstrak
Di kota Samarinda terdapat banyak kantor dinas pemerintahan, salah satunya adalah Kantor Dinas
Pariwisata Daerah Kota Samarinda. Meredesain Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Daerah Kota Samarinda
agar mampu mewadahi aktifitas bekerja dengan penerapan Gaya Arsitektur Neo Vernakular. Metode
yang digunakan dalam redesain Kantor Pariwisata, lebih menekankan pada penerapan Gaya
Arsitektur Neo Vernakular serta Interior pada kantor. Selain itu terdapat beberapa literatur yang
dapat digunakan dan menjadi standar dalam proses redesain Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Daerah Kota
Samarinda. Kantor Dinas Pariwisata Daerah Kota Samarinda merupakan salah satu kantor dinas
pemerintahan yang terfokus pada sektor pariwisata di Kota Samarinda , dan juga memiliki pegawai
yang tergolong banyak, namun pola parkir yang tidak beraturan menimbulkan beberapa kendaraan
parkir di bahu jalan di depan kantor Dinas Pariwisata. Konsep penataan dari segi bangunan, dan
zonasi pada bangunan tersebut akan membentuk suasana yang berbeda dari sebelumnya untuk
mengikat pegawai agar memberikan kenyamanan pada aktifitas bekerja.

Abstract
In the city of Samarinda there are many government offices, one of which is the Regional
Tourism Office of Samarinda City. Redesigning the Regional Tourism Office of Samarinda
City to be able to accommodate work activities by applying the Neo Vernacular
Architectural Style. The method used in the redesign of the Tourism Office is more applied
to the application of the Neo Verna Interior Architectural Style in the office. In addition,
there is some literature that can be used and become a standard in the process of redesigning
the Samarinda City Regional Tourism Office. The Regional Tourism Office of Samarinda
City, and also has a large number of employees, but the irregular parking pattern causes
several vehicles to park on the shoulder of the road in front of the Office of Tourism. The
concept of structuring in terms of buildings, and zoning in the building will form a different
atmosphere from before to bind employees to provide comfort in work activities.
