ABSTRAK
Adha, Asnadi 2022, Pengaruh Gaji, Upah Lembur, dan Bonus Terhadap
Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada, Jobsite
Indexim Coalindo. Dibimbing oleh Bapak Lewi Patabang, S.E., M.M., selaku
Pembimbing I dan Bapak Drs. Muhamad Kasim, M.M., selaku pembimbing II.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan
data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik penyebaran kuesioner, observasi,
dan kepustakaan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 75 responden. Teknik
analisis data yang akan digunakan dalam penelitian ini Uji Validitas. Uji
Reliabilitas, Uji Regresi Linear Berganda, Uji t, Uji f, Koefisian Korelasi,
Koefisien Determinasi, serta menggunakan Software IBM SPSS version 19. Hasil
dari penelitian ini secara parsial variabel Gaji, berpengaruh positif dan signifikan
terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite
Indexim Coalindo, dilihat dari Thitung > Ttabel (2,135 > 1,993) dengan signifikan
0,036 < 0,05, secara parsial variabel Upah Lembur, berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada
Jobsite Indexim Coalindo dilihat dari Thitung > Ttabel (2,403 > 1,993) dengan
signifikan 0,019 < 0,05, secara parsial variabel Bonus, berpengaruh positif dan
tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kalimantan Prima
Persada Jobsite Indexim Coalindo dilihat dari T hitung > T tabel (0,539 < 1,993)
dengan signifikan 0,591 < 0,05, secara simultan variabel gaji, upah lembur, dan
bonus berpengaruh terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan PT. Kalimantan Prima
Persada, Jobsite Indexim Coalindo, dilihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (8,907 >
2,73) dan sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection techniques in
this study used questionnaires, observation, and library techniques. The sample in
this study were 75 respondents. The data analysis technique that will be used in
this study is the Validity Test. Reliability Test, Multiple Linear Regression Test, ttest, f-test, Correlation Coefficient, Coefficient of Determination, and using IBM
SPSS software version 19. The results of this study partially Salary variable, has a
positive and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kalimantan Prima
Persada Jobsite Indexim Coalindo, seen from Tcount > T table (2.135 > 1.993)
with a significant 0.036 < 0.05, partially overtime wage variable, has a positive
and significant effect on the work productivity of PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada
Jobsite Indexim Coalindo seen from Tcount > T table (2.403 > 1.993) with a
significant 0.019 < 0.05, partially Bonus variable, has a positive and significant
effect on the work productivity of PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada Jobsite Indexim
Coalindo seen from T count > T table (0.539 < 1.993) with a significant 0.591 <
0.05, simultaneously the variables of salary, overtime pay, and bonuses affect the
work productivity of employees of PT. Kalimantan Prima Persada, Jobsite
Indexim Coalindo, seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (8.907 > 2.73) and sig
of 0.000 < 0.05.
