Sebagai pembimbing pertama dan Rahmawati Fitriana, S.Pd., M.Pd., B.I., sebagai pembimbing
dua. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah menguji tingkat kepahaman siswa kelas 12 IPS
SMAN 1 Muara Badak dalam memahami akuntansi dalam bentuk Bahasa Inggris. Tujuan
penelitian adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat pemahaman Akuntansi dalam bentuk Bahasa
Inggris. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan adalah teknik hitung analisis deskriptif untuk
mendeskripsikan variabel penelitian dalam pengukuran melalui Teknik Analisis Uji Beda
dengan metode Uji-t Berpasangan (dependent t-test). Hasil penelitian bahwa tidak ada
pengaruh dari nilai mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas 12 IPS dengan pemahaman akuntansi dalam
Bahasa Inggris, hanya 33,5% atau hanya ada 1 dari 3 siswa yang memiliki pemahaman
akuntansi dalam bahasa inggris secara baik sisanya cukup. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini
adalah Tidak ada pengaruh dari nilai mata pelajaran ekonomi kelas 12 IPS dengan pemahaman
Akuntansi Bahasa Inggris.

supervisor. The background of this research is to test the level of understanding of the
12th grade social studies students of SMAN 1 Muara Badak in understanding accounting
in English. The purpose of this research is to analyze the level of understanding of
Accounting in English. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis
arithmetic technique to describe the research variables in the measurement through the
Differential Test Analysis Technique with the Paired t-test method (dependent t-test). The
results showed that there was no effect of the value of economics subjects in class 12
Social Studies with understanding accounting in English, only 33.5% or only 1 out of 3
students who had a good understanding of accounting in English, the rest was sufficient.
The conclusion in this study is that there is no effect of the value of the class 12 social
studies economics subject with the understanding of English Accounting
