REKONDISI HYDRAULIC CYLINDER STABILIZER PADA UNIT BACKHOE LOADER 416F CATERPILLAR --

ABSTRAK
Backhoe Loader adalah sebuah alat pemuat atau alat berat yang mempunyai
ban dan juga roda yang dikombinasikan dengan backhoe. Untuk cara pengoperasian
Backhoe Loader sendiri beragam. Selain itu, ada banyak elemen penting yang
dipakai pada backhoe. Sebenarnya, penggunaan alat berat ini tidak jauh berbeda
dengan Wheel Loader. Dalam Backhoeloader terdapat komponen hidraulik utama
yaitu Stabilizer Cylinder yang berfungsi untuk menjaga keseimbangan kendaraan
pada saat backhoe bekerja dan di cylinder hydraulic juga ada seal yang berfungsi
untuk menjaga kebocoran pelumas dari suatu celah cylinder stabilizer tersebut.
Abstrak yang dilakukan penyusun dalam tugas akhir ini akan membahas mengenai
sistem hidrolik silinder stabilizer pada unit backhoe loader 416F Caterpillar
bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem hidrolik stabilizer, karena sistem hidrolik
merupakan suatu sistem yang sangat penting dalam pengoprasian backhoe loader.
Metode analisis yang digunakan penyusun dalam peyusunan tugas akhir ini adalah
studi pustaka yaitu dengan cara membaca dan mempelajari data dari berbagai
sumber literature serta melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap unit.
Metode yang digunakan dalam perbaikan hydraulic cylinder stabilizer yaitu,
re-chrome dan re-seal. Serta bahan yang digunakan pada perbaikan yaitu, seal
wiper 2330625, bearing 2332614, seal u-cup 1672306, dan seal as-buffer 2911559.
Metode rekondisi dan bahan tersebut merupakan standar yang sesuai dengan data
SIS yang kita dapatkan.

ABSTRACT
Backhoe Loader is a loader or heavy equipment that has tires and wheels
combined with a backhoe. There are various ways to operate the Backhoe Loader.
In addition, there are many important elements used in the backhoe. Actually, the
use of this heavy equipment is not much different from the Wheel Loader. In the
Backhoeloader there is a main hydraulic component, namely the Stabilizer Cylinder
which functions to maintain the balance of the vehicle when the backhoe is working
and in the hydraulic cylinder there is also a seal that functions to prevent leakage
of lubricant from a gap in the stabilizer cylinder.
The abstract carried out by the authors in this final project will discuss the
hydraulic system of the stabilizer cylinder on the Caterpillar 416F backhoe loader
unit. The aim is to determine the stabilizer hydraulic system, because the hydraulic
system is a very important system in the operation of the backhoe loader. The
analytical method used by the authors in the preparation of this final project is a
literature study, namely by reading and studying data from various literature
sources and making direct observations of the unit.
The methods used in repairing the hydraulic cylinder stabilizer are re-chrome
and re-seal. As well as the materials used in the repair, namely, wiper seal 2330625,
bearing 2332614, u-cup seal 1672306, and as-buffer seal 2911559. The
reconditioning method and these materials are standard according to the SIS data
we get.
