    ABSTRAK
    Beralihnya pelayanan administrasi menjadi berbasis online menyebabkan munculnya
    berbagai pendapat dari kalangan mahasiswa, ada mahasiswa yang merasa puas namun ada
    juga mahasiswa merasa kurang puas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat
    kepuasan mahasiswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pembagian kuisioner dan diolah
    menggunakan metode k-means yang mana metode ini mempunyai tingkat ketelitian yang
    tinggi dan mampu mengolah data dalam jumlah besar sedangkan software yang digunakan
    yaitu RapidMiner dan Pyhton karena kedua software ini mampu mempermudah proses
    analisis data. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan RapidMiner terhadap 240 data latih
    sebanyak 79% mahasiswa menyatakan puas, 15% mahasiswa menyatakan netral dan 6%
    mahasiswa menyatakan tidak puas, sedangkan hasil pengolahan terhadap 61 data uji sebanyak
    20% mahasiswa menyatakan puas, 74% mahasiswa menyatakan netral dan 7% mahasiswa
    menyatakan tidak puas. Berdasarkan hasil olah data menggunakan Python terhadap 240 data
    latih sebanyak 76% mahasiswa menyatakan puas, 15% mahasiswa menyatakan netral dan 9%
    mahasiswa menyatakan tidak puas, sedangkan hasil pengolahan terhadap 61 data uji sebanyak
    74% mahasiswa menyatakan puas, 6% mahasiswa menyatakan netral dan 20% mahasiswa
    menyatakan tidak puas. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan terhadap 301 data, sebagian besar
    mahasiswa menyatakan puas sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa pihak Politeknik Negeri
    Samarinda telah memberikan mutu pelayanan administrasi digital yang baik dan memuaskan.

    ABSTRACT
    The shift of administrative services to an online-based has caused the emergence of various
    opinions from among students, some students feel satisfied but there are also students who feel
    dissatisfied. This study aims to determine the level of student satisfaction. Data collection is
    carried out through the distribution of questionnaires and processed using the k-means method
    which has a high level of accuracy and is able to process large amounts of data while the software
    used is RapidMiner and Pyhton because these two software are able to facilitate the data analysis
    process. Based on the results of data processing using RapidMiner on 240 training data, 79% of
    students stated that they were satisfied, 15% of students stated neutral and 6% of students stated
    dissatisfied, while the results of processing 61 test data as many as 20% of students stated satisfied,
    74% of students stated neutral and 7% of students stated dissatisfied. Based on the results of data

    expressed satisfaction so that it can be said that the Samarinda State Polytechnic has provided a
    good and satisfactory quality of digital administration services.
