    ABSTRAK

    Simanjuntak Evelina adalah mahasiswa jurusan Administrasi Bisnis D3 Politeknik Negeri Samarinda, Lahir di Samarinda 13 Oktober 2001, dengan judul Tugas Akhir “Proses Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi Ketenagakerjaan Pada PT. Kaltim Pumitra Sejati” Dengan Pembimbing I Bapak Johan Lucas Away, S.E., MSi dan Pembimbing II Bapak Andi Syarifuddin, S.E., M.Si.
    Penelitian ini di latar belakangi oleh pentingnya proses rekutmen dan seleksi ketenagakerjaan. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen dalam seleksi ketenagakerjaan di PT. Kaltim Pumitra Sejati. Metode penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data pengalaman individu, obeservasi non partisipatif, dan wawancara semi terstruktur.

    ABSTRACT
    Simanjuntak Evelina is a student majoring in Business Administration D3 Samarinda State Polytechnic, born in Samarinda October 13, 2001, with the title of the Final Project "Recruitment and Employment Selection Process at PT. Kaltim Pumitra Sejati” With Supervisor I Mr. Johan Lucas Away, S.E., MSi and Supervisor II Mr. Andi Syarifuddin, S.E., M.Sc.
    This research is motivated by the importance of the recruitment and selection process for employment. The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment process in employment selection at PT. True Pumitra East Kalimantan.
    This research method is a qualitative descriptive study with the methods of collecting data on individual experiences, non-participatory observations, and semi-structured interviews. The data collection in this study used a purposive sampling method by selecting three informants from the company to obtain information that could be used to complete this research. media, internet media, too.
